2-day Foundations Course

McGrath SUCCEED with TRUE-SPEAK™ is a leadership program that provides Administrators, HR Directors, Principals, and anyone involved in the supervision of staff with a framework for excellent communication skills and productive reasoning based on a philosophy of trust, respect, understanding, and engagement. 

Participants gain the ability to provide tailored supervision and evaluation; distinguish between management rights and employee rights; raise staff morale, and effectively communicate verbally and in writing. Leaders will learn and practice how to address employee performance issues with legally defensible communication habits focused on employee growth.
